Isnt it expensive ?
Having furniture custom made is a wise investment.  Bywater Design furniture comes with a 20 year structural guarantee, which basically means your furniture will be around for generations to come. So you will not need to re purchase furniture every couple of years.

Do you use recycled and sustainable timbers ??
We certainly do !! We love conserving our rainforests and wherever possible we use and recommend plantation timbers as well as resalvaged timbers -for eg old railway sleepers, etc…

Will you help with the design ?
Yes most definitely !  Our professional team work with you on a design that you absolutely love.

I have a watermark stain on my sideboard – can you fix it ?
Yes we can ! our restoration processes will repair, reglue and repolish most timber furniture.

Do you arrange upholstry ?
Yes all facets of furniture making and upholstery are organised – we can even help and advise with fabric and colour matches.

Im female – can I enrol in your classes ?
Yes of course  !! we have several females in our classes – many of which have been with us for several years.  In our relaxed environment all members 0f the public enjoy equal and harmonious learning.

Can I pay in instalments ?
Yes, we are happy to arrange a payment plan that is convenient for you – please ask !

Do you deliver and install ?
Yes; this is  part of the Bywater Design complete service – our team will deliver, install ( even adjust, insert your tv cables etc) your furniture so that everything is just perfect before we leave.
